A Process

Coaching takes place in relationship and so is the perfect opportunity for Spirit to become manifest in the connection between client and coach. The Energetic Coach is able to mirror to the client spiritual qualities that the client possesses, engaging the client’s Inner Knower.  Once spiritual energy is manifested and acknowledged, the never-ending process of growing spiritual connection through high-level values and intentional practice becomes a rewarding and renewing spiral of positive energy that uplifts and creates even more positive and sustainable energy.  In the book, Energetic Coaching:  Being and Doing Coaching with Spirit, a process of spiritual connection to one-ness is described as briefly outlined below:

Spirit transcends and integrates with ego as a person seeks inside for fulfillment

Spirit operates from the inside out to balance polarizing energies.

Through the Inner Knower, the inner self of being is coherently reflected in the outer self of doing for integration and wholeness

Outer self of doing becomes balanced in congruence with the inner self of being so that inner and outer become a coherent mirror of one another. Conflicts are resolved and stillness is found at the center point in wholeness.

The triad of the individual is circumvented by the spiritual sphere of wholeness to incorporate all aspects of life experience into one-ness. 
There is balance and integration between the spiritual and material worlds on a persona, dynamic level.

Individuals can transcend to higher levels of positive energy through the continuous process of achieving increasing wholeness and connectedness. 
Like electrons leaping shells in chemical processes, individuals create higher states of energy through choices made and actions taken.

The choice point in balance creates the energy to transform negative energy into the positive, sustainable energy of Spirit.
The choice point creates direct connection of one’s Inner Knower with Spirit.

The process of congruent wholeness continues from the individual level of relationship with oneself to impact relationships with others and with community to so that all relationships become reflections of the individual’s oneness. Relationships mirror the I-One wholeness from within.

Each level of relationship becomes a mirror of the other and the multi-levels collapse
into congruent relationships of equality and one-ness within and without the individual,
one-on-one relationships and community relationships.

The choice point of transformative positive energy made at the individual level connects all relationships at the center point of Spirit.
Spirit exists in the gap that narrows as relationships become closer and connected.

The triad of the physical becomes one with the sphere of spiritual energy
to connect throughout all relationships from the center point into one-ness.

Inner and outer worlds are united in a dynamic ebb and flow of separate selfhood and
connected one-ness.
